Vanilla can be used in various ways: infused into liquids, incorporated into baked goods, or to flavor savory dishes. To fully enjoy its aromas, split the pod in half and scrape out the seeds inside.
You can use the entire pod. After extracting the seeds, you can place the vanilla pod in sugar to create vanilla sugar, in alcohol, or gently dry it in the oven and grind it into powder.

We control every step of the production process, from cultivation to the preparation of the pods. We ensure that only the finest pods are selected, matured, and dried using artisanal methods to guarantee rich and complex aromas.

To store your vanilla pods, we recommend keeping them in their airtight bag or in a glass container, away from light and heat.
They can be stored for several months or even years.
In case of dehydration (when the pod becomes less plump, hard, or shows striations), we suggest dipping one end (1 to 2 cm max) in water.
Afterward, you can dry the vanilla pod with a clean cloth or paper towel and place it back in its airtight container for storage
